How Studio87 handles information used by its motorsports publishing tools.

Who this policy covers

Studio87 is an independently operated media and software brand, not an LLC, corporation, or separate legal entity. In this policy, “Studio87,” “we,” and “our” refer to the individual operating the brand. This policy covers this website and Studio87 tools that use Meta/Facebook APIs and YouTube API Services for authorized speedway and motorsports publishing.

Information we access and use

Depending on the tool and permissions you authorize, we process:

  • Account and destination information: platform user identifiers and the names and identifiers of Facebook Pages or YouTube channels needed to identify an authorized publishing destination.
  • Authorization information: access tokens, refresh tokens where provided, granted permissions, and token expiration information. Tokens let the tool act within your authorization without collecting your Facebook or Google password.
  • Publishing content and records: videos, images, titles, descriptions, visibility or scheduling choices you provide, and platform responses such as post or video identifiers, upload status, and error information.
  • Support correspondence: contact details and information you send when requesting help or deletion.

Permissions and purpose

Studio87 uses this information to connect authorized destinations, upload and publish your selected content, carry out publishing instructions, confirm results, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests. Permissions may allow identifying managed Pages or channels and publishing or managing content where needed by the tool. The platform authorization screen shows the permissions requested for your connection.

We request only permissions needed for the features you use. Authorization is limited to the relevant accounts and destinations; working with multiple speedways does not authorize access to another speedway’s data. You control the destination, content, and publishing choices you approve.

Studio87 does not sell user information or use API data for advertising, ad targeting, or profiling. Publishing promotional motorsports content at your direction does not mean that account data is used to build advertising audiences.

Sharing and access

The content you choose to publish is sent to Meta/Facebook or Google/YouTube and becomes visible according to your publishing settings. Those platforms handle information under their own policies. See the Meta Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Access to nonpublic information is limited to the operator and people you authorize to support your publishing work. Service providers, if used to host or operate the tools, may process information only as needed for that service. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address security incidents. We do not share one speedway’s private account data with another speedway.

Google user data is used only for the disclosed publishing features and permitted support purposes, subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Tokens are sensitive credentials used by the publishing tools; they are not part of this public website. Access to stored tokens and nonpublic account data is restricted to the systems and authorized people that need them to provide the service. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are retained only while needed for an authorized connection. Account information and publishing records are retained only as needed to provide the requested service, troubleshoot publishing, or meet applicable legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.

Stored YouTube API data subject to refresh requirements is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. When you request deletion or revoke consent directly with Studio87, associated stored API data and tokens are deleted as soon as possible, within 7 calendar days. When access is revoked through Google’s settings, associated data is deleted as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of revocation.

Deletion covers associated API data in our storage, including logs and backups. Any independently supplied media or records that must be retained for a separate purpose, such as an ongoing media assignment or a legal obligation, are limited to that purpose; this does not extend platform API data retention deadlines.

Your choices

You can revoke Google/YouTube access in Google’s connected-app security settings. For Facebook, remove the relevant Studio87 integration in Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, depending on how it was connected.

Revoking access stops future authorized use of that connection. To request deletion of stored data, follow our Data Deletion Instructions. Removing a connection or deleting Studio87’s records does not automatically remove posts or videos already hosted by a platform; manage those directly on Facebook or YouTube.
